While I appreciate your uploading this video and tackling this important topic, I'd like to respectfully clean up a few misconceptions about credit card denials. And also shed light on a few important facts about credit card applications that were missed in your presentation: 👉 What is a credit card? A credit card is an instrument that grants you, as the beneficiary, access to the credits that have already been deposited in the cestui que trust, whose principal account is identified by the social security number. This trust is identified by your name in ALL CAPS. For example: JANE M SMITH. 👉Since the trust account is fully funded for your benefit, then you already are the creditor, and there's nothing to "approve" except as a matter of bank procedure. This also means that, for example, your income, your credit score, and even your financial history all have no legal bearing on your credit worthiness. The only thing that matters is that the trust set up for your benefit has credit, which it does. It's been this way since at least 1933, when the Emergency Banking Act removed our ability to repay debts with lawful money, gold and silver coin, and instead conferred the privilege of discharging all public debts through the use of negotiable instruments. (See the UCC.) 👉 When you apply (beg) for a credit card, you are giving the social security number to the bankers, which makes them trustees of the cestui que trust. As trustees, they have a fiduciary duty to always act in your best interest as the beneficiary. So, when they deny your credit application, and still have access to the trust, they they are committing trust fraud and malfeasance of the office of trustee. Being a trustee is no joke - - it is a solemn duty that should always be executed in good faith. Most folks try to obtain a remedy for credit card denials through channels like reconsideration, CFRB complaints or even litigation. However, all of the above approaches completely miss the point of how credit actually works. I teach a lawful process called conditional acceptance, which asserts your right to a credit card, and how to deal with all of this without litigation or going to court. If you don't download your bank records within 18 months of statement issuance, or get paper copies of monthly statements mailed to you, it becomes very hard and very expensive to then pay the bank to find and provide copies of records you may need. I recently discovered that my bank had altered a deposit slip about 10 years ago by deducting roughly $3,000 from a deposit of multiple checks totalling over $10,000, but without sending any supporting documentation of the alleged computational error, and their numbers did not add up to what they claimed was correct. I hadn't noticed it at the time, but when I assemble the documentation still available, that info will be made available to federal bank examiners and the SEC, since it was a bank owned by shareholders in a regulated market, and the bank was acquired by another regulated, shareholder owned bank in the interim, without disclosing what seems to have been an employee skimming operation and their inaccurate audits that failed to uncover and report the skimming that was going on. It's too late to sue for my losses, but not too late for the imposition of regulatory fines or for some bank executive to lose his or her job.

I can’t believe they recommend saying you want to close your account. Even if it’s just a negotiating tactic. If you close a credit card account, especially one you have had for a few years, you lose the age on your credit report, and as they do say in the video you lose the credit limit, which therefore increases your utilization. But the age can be even worse depending on how old the account is, and they don’t mention that at all. Long ago my mother did exactly what they are suggesting here, and the result was that a 15 year old, $20,000 credit limit, card was closed. I think she only owed like $3000 on it. Because of the age and the loss of that $17,000 of free credit ceiling, her score dropped by about 100 points.

Debts of the deceased are liability of the deceased individual's estate, and of any co-debtors to those outstanding obligations. Be careful if you agree to co-sign a loan agreement.

Great content. I paid off my auto account and my score dropped 60 points! Cleared another account one year ago and continued to show on the credit account! Called credit bureaus and creditor several times but they just pass the bug to each other!!!! Even wrote letters to me telling me they could not resolve my dispute. I am an immigrant and don’t have long credit history so that shows as a ding on my credit reports. It is so silly! I had to continue knocking at the credit bureaus and creditor so many times before they cleared the information. The sad part is that my credit scores continue to remain low over the years because of these factors, have planned for home last December but doesn't work out but now getting few recommendation of SolutionXhack on telegram and ANONYMOUSSOLUTIONX🟠ORG helped me a lot to maintain and fix my three bureaus without negative item remain, congratulate me this coming weekend am moving to DES MONIES IOWA..
